i've had the very great pleasure of eating tacos in some form for dinner both tonight and last night and i love them. i love tacos. tacos are so very good.

i just have a whole lot of feelings about Fetch! with Ruff Ruffman. they showed the last episode of season 5 a couple days ago, and it was seriously such a great show. it's got a talking dog, ridiculous prizes, and absurd plotlines, and the kids on the show got to do some sweet things (watch baby sea turtles hatch from eggs? learn magic from Penn and Teller? meet Ted Kennedy? and those are things from just a few episodes). also a fairly large part of me wishes it hadn't ended so that i could work on it someday? i feel like that'd be a completely amazing job, working on an animated (or partially animated, in the case of Fetch!) for PBS.

hey! this is a little comic that i wrote and Fes Works of Ardra and the Webcast Beacon drew for the Webcomic Blind Date! i'd originally written it to be a little longer, but we both got busy, you know how it is. i've got to say, it's pretty weird writing a comic to have someone else draw. i normally both write and draw (or, sort of rarely, draw comics written by other people), so this was a new experience for me.

also, if my numbering is correct, i think this is my 400th comic post here! woo! thanks for sticking with me this far!

so here's my Hourly Comics Day comics for this year! they document my day on February 1st, 2013. majour thanks to the person who traded me that Castform, i really really appreciate it. if you're wondering, my tablet is a Monoprice 10x6.25in. i'd been hoping it would arrive in time for me to draw these comics with it, but what can you do.

i've been playing a lot of Ni No Kuni lately and it is freaking sweet.  i am absolutely in love and if you have PS3 i definitely recommend picking this game up.

also fun fact: i drew this on my new tablet! woohoo! i've been messing around with it a bunch lately. i'm planning on sticking to physically drawing my webcomic (at least for a while) and would've drawn this on paper but my scanner is currently in a box in my closet and i'm lazy and don't want to dig it out.
